What is the application fee?

Our application fee is $35 per applicant. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

What is your pet policy?

We welcome domestic cats in our community. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with up to two pets allowed per apartment. 

A one-time, $300 pet fee will apply for your first pet. An additional, one-time pet fee of $150 applies for your second pet.

What is the required security deposit?

Security deposits start at $300, depending on your credit and rental history.

How can I pay my rent?

Rent payments may be made online using our Resident Portal, by calling (800) 533-7901, or by mailing payments to the address below. When mailing payments, please make all checks payable to Peak Management LLC, include your remittance slip with your payments, and write your account number found on your statement in the notes section of your check.

For insurance purposes, rent payments are not accepted in the leasing center.

How can I request service?

Service requests may be submitted online using our Resident Portal or by calling our leasing team at (410) 559-9440. Emergency service may be requested during non-business hours by calling (410) 288-8266. 

Emergency service includes immediate life safety issues including gas leaks, major plumbing leaks, toilet overflows, fire, or electrical failures.

What can I do if I'm locked out of my apartment?

If you're locked out of your apartment during business hours, contact the leasing center at (410) 559-9440 and we can assist you. A $10 service charge will apply.

After hours, call the emergency service number at (410) 288-8266 for assistance. A $50 service charge for after-hours requests will apply.
